Correct Way of Patrolling using App

Before starting the Patrol

1. Check if Internet is working or not. This is required for Patrol.
2. Check if events are getting uploaded or not. This is necessary for Patrol.
3. Go to CHANGE GUARD ID and check if the ID entered is correct or not. If not, please enter your correct ID.
4. If you see “CAUTION” in red when you start the APP, it means that ID has not been entered. Please enter the ID as soon as possible or your Patrol may not be uploaded.

First Task: When starting Patrol

1. Open QR PATROL APP.
2. Press the Blue button “PATROL”.
3. Press the Green button “START PATROL TOUR”.
4. Press “YES” to confirm.
5. Press yellow button “MME”.
6. Press CAMERA button.
7. Click your photograph.
8. Press the Blue button “SEND MME”.

Second Task: During Patrol

1. Press the Green button “SCAN QR CODE”.
2. Take the “CAMERA” towards the sticker and scan the sticker.
3. After scanning, the APP will return to previous screen.
4. You have to repeat this at every sticker.

Third Task: How to end Patrol?

1. Press the Blue button “END PATROL TOUR”.
2. Press “YES” to confirm.

S.O.S / Danger

1. If you feel any danger or the post you at which you are on duty has any kind of danger, press the Red SOS button to send the message to company.

Incident Reporting

1. Press White Button “INCIDENT”.
2. Tick the box to send incident report by email.
3. Press Green Button “ASSIGN CHECKPOINT” to assign the location/site.
4. After pressing the button, camera opens up. Point the camera to the sticker and scan it.
5. Press the yellow button MME.
6. Press the camera button to click the incident photo.
7. Press the blue button SEND MME.
8. Select the incidents from the list.
9. Press the blue button “SEND INCIDENTS”.
10. Incidents have been reported.

How to check Internet?

1. Check the small globe icon on the top right corner.
2. If there is a tick mark in Green color, so everything is OK. But if there is a Red Cross, it means the internet is not working. Please turn on Internet.

How to check GPS / LOCATION?

1. Open QR PATROL APP.
2. Press Blue button “PATROL”.
3. Check the line below PATROL.
4. If Red or Orange icon is coming, please turn on GPS as soon as possible.
